Salient Feature of Machines:

  • Spring loaded Teflon top seal for powder hopper reduces the friction between and top seal and avoid chance of white particle shading during production.

Schematic Machine working:

  • The injectable Powder Filler & Rubber Stoppering M/c is having vari-speed S.S. Slat chain Conveyor with optional Turn Table at in-feed & out-feed.
  • When the machine starts Vials are feed from Turn Table. Product wheel will separate the vials, Powder is comes from the Hopper, Suck by Filling wheel & then fill in to vial by piston assembly fitted in Filling Wheel.
  • Now, filled vials are travel to Stopping Station, Rubber stopper are comes from the hopper by chute one by one with the help of vibratory system. Rubber stopper puts on vials & press wheel are press the stopper on vials. Now, Filled & Stopper vials are goes to discharge end.
